Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Part A: Core terms
A1. Who we are and what these terms cover
jigpad.com and the services on it ("Jig", "we", "us") are run by JiG. These terms cover the website, the build service, the mint pages, the Jig market and the bot. By using Jig you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use Jig.
Jig is a tool and a venue, not a party to the sales between creators and collectors. When you mint or buy an NFT, the contract is between you and the creator or seller. We provide the software, the drawing service and the pages.
A2. Who can use Jig
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must not use Jig if the law where you are forbids it, or if you or your wallet are subject to sanctions that apply to us. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you, including tax.
A3. Accounts, sign-in and wallets
You sign in with an email link or with Telegram. Keep your sign-in secure; what happens in your account is your responsibility unless we are at fault.
Your crypto wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or another Solana wallet) is yours. We never hold your private keys or seed phrase and will never ask for them, in any channel. Every payment, mint, listing, purchase and trade is a transaction you approve in your own wallet, and once it is confirmed on the Solana blockchain neither you nor we can reverse it.
A4. Conduct
You must not use Jig to:
- make, launch or list content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark, likeness or other rights, that is sexual content involving minors, that promotes violence or hatred, that harasses anyone, or that deceives (for example impersonating a real project, person or brand);
- manipulate a market: wash trading, spoofing, or coordinating to mislead buyers;
- attack, overload, scrape or get around the limits of our systems or programs, or use Jig to launder money or evade sanctions.
A5. Reports, review and takedown
Anyone can report a collection, a piece or a listing through "Report an issue" on the site, or to @jig_app on X. We review reports ourselves; we may ask the creator for evidence of their rights. We may hide a collection from jigpad.com, refuse to launch it, delist it from the Jig market, and suspend the account responsible.
What removal from jigpad.com cannot do: the collection, its art and its metadata already on the Solana blockchain and on IPFS stay there, and other marketplaces may keep showing it. We can remove it from our pages and our market; we cannot remove it from the chain.
Rights holders: send the work you own, where it appears on Jig, and your contact details. We do not decide ownership disputes between two people who both claim a work; we act on what the evidence shows and may keep a collection hidden while a dispute is unresolved.
A6. Changes, suspension and ending
We may change Jig, its prices and these terms. Changed terms apply from the date published on this page; we flag significant changes on the site and, where we can, to your account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can stop using Jig at any time. What is already on the blockchain stays there.
A7. Our liability
Jig is provided as it is. We will do our work with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for: the price of any token or NFT; losses caused by the Solana network, wallets, marketplaces, IPFS, image models or other third parties we do not control; indirect losses or lost profits; or your own mistakes, such as a transaction sent to the wrong address. Our total liability to you for anything connected with a build is the amount you paid us for that build.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under UK law.
A8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may bring a claim in the courts of the country they live in where the law gives that right. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver.
A9. Contact
Questions, complaints and reports: "Report an issue" on the site, or @jig_app on X. The only official channels are jigpad.com, https://x.com/jig_app and the Telegram bot https://t.me/JigNFTBot. Anything else claiming to be Jig is not.
Part B: Creator terms (making and launching a collection)
B1. What you get
You describe a character or upload a picture, choose a style, size and layers; the AI art director reads your brief and the image models draw a base character and trait layers; we check and assemble them into unique pieces; you review and re-roll within your allowance; then you launch the collection on Solana with a mint page on jigpad.com. Collections can be traded on the Jig market and on third-party marketplaces that read the Solana standard.
B2. Rights in the art
- Your inputs. You keep whatever rights you have in your descriptions, prompts and uploaded pictures. You confirm you have the right to use them, that they do not infringe anyone else's rights, and that any person shown has agreed.
- The art made for your build. As between you and us, the collection drawn for your build is yours to launch, sell and use commercially for that collection on the contract it launched on, including to promote it and make merchandise of it, and to grant holders rights in their pieces (B5). The source layers and the unused variants stay on Jig; you use them inside Jig (re-compose, re-roll, relaunch) and they are not supplied as files unless you buy the export (B3).
- AI-made images. The art is generated by image models from your brief. Copyright in AI-generated images is unsettled and differs by country; we do not promise that your art is protected by copyright, that it is unique, or that you can stop others making similar images. We do not claim ownership of your art; we keep the right to our prompts, methods and checks.
- What you allow us to do. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display your inputs and your art so we can run Jig: draw and check it, host it on IPFS, show it on your mint page and on Jig's pages (the gallery only if you choose to list there), and show the collection as an example of what Jig makes. This licence is for running and showing Jig, not for selling your art ourselves, and it ends when you remove the collection from our pages except for what is already on the chain and IPFS.
B3. Prices, payment and export
- The price of a build is shown before you pay and depends on the collection's size. During the launch promotion the first 50 paid collections pay the promotional price shown on the site; after that the price shown on the site at the time applies. Prices are set in US dollars and you pay the amount in SOL, or in JIG where offered, at the rate shown when you pay; a quoted amount is valid for a limited time, then the site gives a fresh one.
- Paying in JIG gives the discount shown on the site. It does not apply on top of a promotional price.
- A gift code from us is one free build within the size cap on the code, once per account, for 30 days.
- Blockchain network fees are paid by whoever sends the transaction.
- Files and export. The finished pieces are shown on Jig and, at launch, published to IPFS. Before launch the files stay on Jig. Taking the source layers and full files elsewhere, or using the art outside this collection, is a paid export at the price shown at checkout, available before or after launch.
B4. Re-rolls, redraws and refunds
- Re-rolls you ask for are limited by your plan; extra re-rolls may cost extra as shown on the site. Redraws that our own checks require, and a layer topped up after your review, are free.
- If a build fails on our side (our checks, our server, our fault) we will put it right by redrawing it, giving you a build credit of the same value, or refunding you. This does not affect your legal rights.
- If you change your mind. You are buying digital content made to your order. Drawing starts as soon as you pay. We do not normally refund a finished build because you dislike the art; the re-roll allowance is how you change it. Under UK consumer law you may have a right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days, depending on the circumstances, and nothing here takes away a right the law gives you. Ask us through "Report an issue" on the site, or @jig_app on X.
- Payments on the blockchain cannot be reversed by us; a refund is a new payment from us to you.
B5. Launching: your duties to collectors
When you launch, you set the mint price, the royalty, the phases and the reveal. You are the seller to the people who mint. You are responsible for what you tell them about the collection, its supply, its reveal, any utility, and the rights holders get. What holders get by default is personal, non-commercial use of the image they own; anything more is for you to grant in writing on your page.
We will not launch, and may take down, a collection that breaks Part A4. The collection's metadata is frozen after its reveal and cannot be changed afterwards, by you or by us.
B6. Mint fees and royalties
- Jig's mint fee. When anyone mints from your collection, Jig's fee is added on top of your mint price: 2.5% of the price, with a floor of about $1, paid in SOL. You receive your whole mint price. The fee is split on chain as shown on the site: 10% to you, 20% to the pot, 70% to Jig.
- Royalties. You choose a royalty of 0 to 10% on secondary sales (5% unless you change it); of each royalty paid, 90% goes to you and 10% to Jig. Royalties are enforced on the Jig market and on marketplaces on the collection's allow list. We promise nothing universal: other marketplaces may treat royalties as optional or not pay them. A royalty you set is a right you can enforce only where the venue honours it.
Part C: Collector terms (minting, buying and selling)
C1. Minting
A mint is a purchase from the creator at the price and in the phase shown on the mint page, plus Jig's fee (B6) and the network fee. It is final once confirmed on Solana. Some collections reveal their art after sell-out or on a timer; until then you hold a placeholder, and the piece you end up with is assigned by a public random seed, not by us.
C2. What you own
You own the NFT: a token on the Solana blockchain that points to an image and metadata on IPFS. Owning it gives you personal, non-commercial use of that image, plus whatever the creator grants in writing. It does not give you copyright in the art, the character or the collection, and it does not give you rights in Jig.
C3. The Jig market
The Jig market is a listing and sale program on Solana. Listings are escrowed by the program; a buyer pays the price plus the creator royalty; we charge no marketplace fee on sales through it. Where Jig shows a listing from another venue, that venue's fee applies and is shown in the total before you approve. The seller is responsible for what they list; we do not guarantee a listing or a price.
C4. Finality and risk
Every transaction is yours to approve in your wallet and is permanent once confirmed. NFT values can fall to zero, creators can stop supporting a collection, and marketplaces can delist. We do not control any of that and are not responsible for it.
Part D: JIG and creator coins
Live on 30 October 2026: JIG, its pool, the pot and the burn. Not yet active: creator coin launches (they open only once the pool has held $25,000 of SOL for 24 hours and the founders switch them on) and holder payouts (switched off, and not to be switched on without legal advice). The clauses marked "not yet active" take effect only when the feature is live on the site.
- JIG is the token of the Jig platform. Creator coins, when active, are tokens linked to individual collections.
- They are not investments, shares, deposits or securities, and nothing on Jig is an offer of them or financial advice. We publish facts about them (price, pool, pot, burn) read from the chain, not advice.
- Their value can fall to zero. Early liquidity is thin and prices can move sharply.
- No returns are promised. The pot is a program that holds JIG and never sells. Payouts from it to holders are off (not yet active); if they are ever switched on, the terms for them will be published first.
- Paying for a build in JIG is a payment at the rate shown when you pay (B3), nothing more.
- You buy, sell and hold through the open market at your own risk; we do not control the price.
